Mobile SinglePoint provides access to your time-critical SinglePoint and SinglePoint Essentials services wherever you are. If you cant get to your office, you can still perform important functions with your mobile device. With the Mobile SinglePoint app you can optimize your working capital while maintaining oversight of critical banking functions.
Mobile SinglePoint business banking functionality:
-View current and previous day balances. You can view all your key balance information for your accounts.
-Search for transactions. You can search for a transaction against the Information Reporting database.
-Approve transactions or templates on the go. Within the Mobile Approval service, you can approve ACH batches and templates; wire transfers; wire transfer templates and repeat codes; book transfers and book templates and users can approve Positive Pay decisions. System administrators may also approve password resets and user changes.
-Make Positive Pay decisions. Make pay or return decisions quickly and confidently. You can review exceptions for single or multiple accounts and view check images of exceptions.
-Review Bank Messages. View your bank messages quickly and conveniently.
-Transfer funds on the go. Transfer funds between DDA accounts, loan accounts and trust accounts.
You can control who can access Mobile SinglePoint. User entitlements to mobile access can be granted for each user. The services, accounts and access entitlements each user has on SinglePoint or SinglePoint Essentials will determine which functions are available through Mobile SinglePoint.
The Mobile SinglePoint app is free to download. Your mobile carrier may charge access fees depending upon your individual plan. Web access is needed to use the mobile app. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges. U.S. Bank is committed to protecting your security. Sensitive account information including your username and password are never stored on your mobile device and secure encryption is used to protect all transmissions.
